Jumia Marketplace offers goods from a large and diverse group of sellers across a wide range of categories including apparel, smartphones, electronics, homeware and beauty. Jumia also provides consumers with easy access to a number of services, such as every-day digital services including airtime recharge, utility bills payment, and transport ticketing.
Jumia Logistics facilitates the convenient and reliable delivery of goods. It consists of a large network of leased warehouses, pick-up stations for consumers, and drop off locations for sellers and more than 300 third-party logistics service providers, whom we integrate and manage through our proprietary technology, data, and processes.
JumiaPay is our very own payment service, designed to facilitate online transactions between sellers and consumers and provide certain participants with access to financial services.
Our JumiaPay app also allows consumers to complete online payments, such as airtime recharge or utility payments and provides our sellers with access to attractive financing solutions offered by our financial partners.
We are active in three regions in Africa, which consist of 9 countries that together accounted for 53% of Africa’s GDP of $2.87 trillion, and 69% of Africa’s consumer expenditure of $2.18 trillion in 2023, according to the IMF and World Bank, respectively.
We have unique local expertise and execution to help businesses connect with the growing population in Africa.
